In short "Flag" tells me that the image will be used for sneak peeks. This allows me to separate out the photos I want to use for social media quickly by filtering all those flagged and saving a web version (resized) of the files. SHORTCUT: Click "P" on your keyboard when looking at a photo to "Flag" it.
